Property Finders and more...

Thinking of buying a property in Galicia?

Have you the time and resources to find it?

Do you speak the local language?

Can you negotiate the best deal?

Let us do the hard work. We will listen to your requirements, where and when you want it, and give you our advice. We will fully search the areas of interest, talk to local agents and owners, and if what you are looking for exists we will find it.

All you have to do is a call from the comfort of your home, give us some time ( one month is normally needed) and wait for our report.

Then we can arrange non-committal visits to the shortlisted properties (all you need is one or two days) and leave in our hands the negotiation of the final deal, or close it directly with owner or agent while you are here.

No hidden or extra costs are involved. You don't have to pay for our search service. We only charge our commission to owners  if at the end there is a sale, so we try hard to find you your ideal home at the best price!

We can also provide you with other services to help in the legal paperwork, financing, restoration works, etc. Some of these services do have a cost. See Menu 'Services' and if you have any doubt, please inquire.

Pick up the telephone and speak with us.

All it takes it's just one call!

Why Galicia

Galicia is an ideal location for lovers of nature, with coastal areas of extreme beauty, unpoluted beaches and mountains with marvellous forests and rivers.

In some recent article in the New York Times, Galicia has been presented as ‘The best kept secret of Europe ’. This was true due to the fact that Galicia has been for many years the forgotten poor region in the North West corner, isolated by high mountains from the rest of Spain .

Galicia started to be known thanks to the ‘Camino de Santiago’ or pilgrim’s way to Santiago de Compostela. Every year hundreds of thousands of pilgrims visit the beautiful Cathedral where it is supposed that the remains of Apostle Santiago are buried.

Houses to be restored

In Galicia, it is still possible to buy old stone houses in need of renovation.
These properties can be restored to their former splendour featuring the local stone originally hand cut by skilled craftsman and built to last a lifetime.
We can put you in touch with local builders to carry out your restoration project and arrange to supervise the work, if required.
